If you have trouble sleeping, you feel lousy, you lack energy, and you want to feel better...then guess what? YOU CAN DO IT! You really can change your life, change your health, and improve your quality of life! You can do whatever you make up your mind to do!

Three quarters of adult Americans are overweight because we have poor diets, we don't get enough exercise, we eat foods that contain too many fat grams, too much salt, too much sugar, and we do not get enough water, fresh air, and sunlight! The "powers that be," are aware of these problems...but they will never admit to this!

Plus, the hospitals, drug companies, doctors, and insurance companies...all of whom are in cahoots together...want all of us to be sick and to keep needing them! We are their customers, we are their "bread and butter!" It is a huge business...billions and billions and billions of dollars, francs, Euros, pounds, shekels, and so forth! They will never admit to this!

YOU can stop the insanity and start improving your health and your life! It really can be done! They didn't teach us about it in high school, because the system needs customers...hospital customers, insurance company customers, doctor office customers, and drug company customers...do you get it? They want and need your money! They will never admit to this!

Start by eliminating some of the poisons that you eat, and stay away from fast foods! No matter what their advertising executives come up with...they do not have healthy food! Go to YouTube and look up the video for the 4 Year Old Cheeseburger Video!

Drink more water...most humans DO NOT drink enough water! You need at least a half gallon of water a day...NOT the water in coffee, tea, and juice. You can drink those things as well, BUT you also need to drink water!

Get more sleep...turn off that flippin' television and get to bed a little earlier! You need some sleep every single night! Who cares whom is dancing with whom? It is a waste of your precious time! Do YOU really think that television has some good programming? Or do you just settle for sitting around and watching TV because you have no money to go out and do something exciting, plus you lack the energy because you always feel tired and/or sick?

Get more exercise...start walking around your neighborhood...for at least an hour...every single day! Weather does not matter...YOU NEED exercise! Walk, jog, bike, run, or swim...you don't need a membership anywhere...that is a whole other scam!

Take nutritional supplements...herbs and vitamins to improve your health! You NEED a Good Multiple Vitamin Supplement Daily! Everyone needs better nutrition and we cannot get it from the foods that we eat! For one thing, the soil in our country has been severely depleted of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals over the past 100 years of heavy duty farming...so the vegetables and fruits of today, do not have the awesome nutrition that our great-great-grandparents once enjoyed! They will never admit to this!

You also need things like Pine Bark Extract...Look it up Online! Look up Grape Seed Extract, Acai Berry, and learn about other Antioxidants! Most doctors take these, but they will never admit to this!
